I wanted to like this, but it just didn’t work for my curls. And before anyone says I used too much or didn’t apply it right, I followed the directions. My hair still felt dry and kind of straw-like afterward, with basically no moisture at all.

I genuinely wanted to like Boucleme, and I don’t want to be unfair because I’m sure it works well for some people. But for me, the ingredients just didn’t seem to agree with my hair. At first the products felt like they had some good stuff in them, but after a few washes my hair started feeling a bit coated and dry. For the price, I expected a little better. It’s not terrible by any means, but I probably won’t buy it again.

I really thought I was going to get on well with Boucleme, especially since I expected it to feel gentle and nourishing, but my scalp had other ideas. After just one wash, it felt tight and itchy, and by the next day I noticed little flaky bits too.
I don’t usually react that quickly to hair products, so it threw me off a bit. The scent was fine, nothing offensive, but the formula felt heavier or more irritating than I’d hoped for my skin.

I stopped using it straight away, and my scalp settled down again after a few days. Based on what I expected from it versus how it actually worked for me, it’s sadly not one I’d buy again.

I ordered from Boucleme and the delivery was okay in the end, but it wasn’t as quick as I thought it would be. The way the delivery info was worded made it sound like things would move faster, so it was a bit annoying when the tracking barely updated for a couple of days and I had no real idea when it was actually coming.

The parcel did arrive eventually and everything was fine inside, no damage or anything like that. I just wish they were clearer with the delivery estimates instead of making it sound more straightforward than it was. Not a terrible experience, just average and a bit frustrating...

This didnt make styling my curls any easier. If anything, it kinda made things harder for me, which was frustrating...

I really wanted to love Boucleme, but it just wasn’t the right fit for my hair. I have loose 2c/3a curls, and the products felt a bit too heavy for me. My roots ended up looking flat, and by the next day my curls had pretty much dropped. It might work better for someone with thicker or tighter curls, but for my hair it didn’t feel worth the price. The scent was nice, though. Also, the whole experience felt a bit impersonal, like there wasn’t really a real person there behind it

I was hoping this would smooth my hair out, but my frizz looked the same all day. I even reached out to support and they basically said something like, “try using a little more and let it fully absorb,” but that didn’t make much of a difference for me. Disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

I gave this a few tries, and to be fair, the packaging makes it look like it should do wonders. Unfortunately, my hair still felt dry afterward and not soft at all. Bit of a letdown, honestly.

I do actually like a few Boucleme products, so I was a bit disappointed that the customer service side didn’t match up. My gut feeling after this is that they’re better at the products than they are at looking after customers.
I had a question about my order and it took way longer than I expected to get a proper response. When someone finally replied, it felt kind of rushed, like they were just trying to get through the message rather than actually help.

It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it left a bad impression. I expected a bit more, and it makes me think twice about ordering from them again.

I wish I hadn’t spent the money on this. It was way more expensive than I expected for something that didn’t really make any difference. After using it, my hair felt exactly the same, so I’m definitely feeling some buyer’s remorse.

I used the cream and cleanser for a few weeks, but my curls ended up feeling heavy, sticky, and kind of coated. I had a lot of buildup around my roots and had to wash with a clarifying shampoo twice just to feel like my hair was clean again. Also, I couldn’t really tell who’s actually behind the product or who to go to with questions, which made the whole thing feel a bit unclear. Definitely not for me.

I really wanted to like this, but I tried it twice and my curls still came out looking kind of fluffy, flat, and undefined, so for the price I just don’t feel like it was worth it for me.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the packaging really wasn’t great. The box turned up looking battered, and one of the bottles had leaked a little inside. The products themselves are probably fine, I think, but the whole thing just felt a bit messy and not packed with much care. Kind of frustrating when you’ve paid for it...

I tried Boucleme hoping it would give my curls a decent few days, but it was very hit or miss. Right after washing, my hair looked alright for a little while, but it only lasted maybe half a day before it started losing shape.

By the next morning, it was frizzy, flat in random spots, and just not giving what I expected. For the price, I really thought I’d get better hold and less refreshing, but it kind of works when it wants to, so I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I really wanted to like this, but the smell was way too strong for me. It hit me right away and made it hard to use. I feel like the company should be more upfront about how intense the scent is, because not everyone can handle something that overpowering.
